Marvel Studios’ Press Conference Info!
Hey folks. Here at the Bosses’ desk we try to keep you informed on the latest in geek. Today is no different as we have the latest news from you straight from Marvel Studios itself. You know when it comes to movie news, it’s best to hear it straight from the horse’s mouth. All the rumors of Dr. Strange, Black Panther, and a possible return of Spider-man to the Marvel Studios world would be great and all, but lets hear what Marvel has to say…
So much info poured out on the streets and chaos ensued as geeks everywhere rejoiced slipping into comas. Marvel Studios has maintained its epic sovereignty on the comic book film game today folks, and here is the scoop:
- Doctor Strange has a release date of Nov 4, 2016 Scott Derrickson directing. No star has been cast yet for the movie which holds Cumberbatch rumors at bay until a later date.
- May 5, 2017 will mark the release of Guardians of the Galaxy 2. More news to be released when James Gunn (writer and director) returns from Tokyo.
- July 28, 2017…THOR: Ragnarok… Ragnarok for those that may not know means “The end of Things.” ooooo ominous
- On November 3, 2017 we will finally see the Black Panther on the big screen! Starring CHADWICK BOSEMAN!!!!!!!
- CAPTAIN MARVEL will be coming to theaters July 6, 2018… competition for Wonder Woman. Captain Marvel will be Carol Danvers!
- November 2, 2018…THE INHUMANS will come to the big screen. Feige hints that we may learn more “sooner than [we] think.”
- AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR will be a two-part series! Part 1 on may 4, 2018 & part 2 on may 3 2019.
- May 6, 2016…Captain America: Civil War. No further details were given except for rising tensions between Tony Stark and Steve Rogers… No information yet as to whether or not spidey will make his entrance in to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The story will be founded on the fact that all governments will want regulation on super humans. Primarily who belongs to what government. It won’t focus so much on secret identities like the comic.
- There was no mention of a Hulk stand alone film. Not at the moment Feige explains that he will be in other MCU films. Primarily the Avengers. The same was said of Black Widow (in reference to questions about there being no news of a solo film for her).
- Black Widow will play key roles in Marvel’s Plans.
That’s all at the moment folks! All I can say is… WOW! I’m still coming down from that Black Panther news! Wrote something for you guys about it and it’s nice to see somethings confirmed here. Look at the costume!!!! I’m all the way in with Marvel Studios. Some titles and concepts below folks. Enjoy.
